RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with the item you purchased you may return the item for an exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Damaged or defective DVD’s will only be exchanged for the same item. Due to illegal copying of DVD’s, Plasma Candy will not accept the return of non-defective DVD’s, or the return of a defective DVD with a request to replace with a different title. You will be responsible for shipping charges to return the product to our fulfillment center. There is no additional shipping charge when your replacement is shipped to you.

REFUND POLICY
If you are not satisfied with the item you purchased you may return the item for a refund within 10 days of receiving your order. Refunds will only be given on un-opened product. Due to illegal copying, any signs that the packaging has been compromised will negate a refund. Shipping and Handling fees will not be refunded.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Plasma Candy does not accept order cancellations due to the timeliness in which orders are processed utilizing current technology.

PRIVACY POLICY
Your privacy is important. Plasma Candy will not share your information.

SECURITY STATEMENT
All credit card and personal information collected is encrypted using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) server technology prior to being transmitted over the internet. This is the industry standard for online credit card transactions. Plasma Candy does not save/archive credit card numbers.

Plasma Candy will accept Visa, MC, Amex, Discover. Logos for each will be displayed on the website.

SHIPPING POLICY
Plasma Candy reserves the right to determine the best method and carrier for shipping. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee. International shipping is also available for an additional fee. Please see details under shipping options.
